Delete your account
How to delete your AsiaPoker account, and what happens to your data.
Option 1: in the game
- Open AsiaPoker in the app or at game.asiapoker.ai, signed in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap the gear icon at the top right of the home screen to open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account, then confirm.
Option 2: by email
If you can't get into the game, email info@asiapoker.ai with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address linked to your Google or Apple sign-in, or include your display name. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours before we delete it. We'll act on your request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account is closed straight away. It can no longer be used to sign in or play.
- Changed your mind? If your account is linked to Google or Apple, sign in with it again within 15 days and the deletion is cancelled. Guest accounts can't be restored once deleted.
- 15 days after you delete it, your account is deleted for good: your email address, Google or Apple sign-in links, username and password hash, display name, your hand-history list and your leaderboard entries.
- Your chip balance and any subscription benefits are forfeited. Chips have no cash value and can't be refunded. To stop a subscription renewing, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
What is kept, and for how long
- Hand records from tables you played are also part of other players' history. Your name in them is replaced with "Deleted player", and they're deleted after up to 30 days (public tables) or 365 days (private tables).
- Chip transaction records keep only a random account number, with no name or email, and are deleted after up to 30 days.
- Server logs are kept for up to 7 days, and game performance logs (a random account number with hand results, no name or email) for up to 90 days.
- We may keep limited records for longer if the law requires it.
